The Transformation Office doesn’t function in isolation, it uses a multi-stakeholder approach in managing discrimination cases by using a network of internal stakeholders, best practices, processes and clear communications already established, the Office was able to continue with their work of dealing with discrimination and safety issues of employees and students during the lockdown. Through the utilisation of a multi-stakeholder approach, the Office continued to offer their services to students and employees in need of the different services ranging from lodging cases to psychological support services - in a coordinated manner by working closely with the following stakeholders:
