Order in which campuses will be rolled out:

1. Onderstepoort - Completed
2. Prinshof - Completed
3. Hillcrest  - Completed
4. Enterprises - Completed
5. Groenkloof  - Completed
6. Mamelodi 
7. Hatfield - In progress

Dates and timelines will be communicated regularly.during the roll-out

Users will be requested to provide access to offices for handset replacements.

Both old and new handsets will be active during the transition. The old system will be decommissioned after the installation of all new handsets.

If handsets could not be replaced during the rollout, a call should be logged on the Service Automation system..
