Mr Nel gave a presentation about a voluntary disclosure programme with regard to tax affairs. He spoke about the requirements of the programme, the tax position, what it meant and how it all fits in with the South African Revenue Services. The presentation also touched upon the Exchange Control Regulation and how fits in with the Voluntary Disclosure Programme.
