When & Where do I train?

 
 
2020 Training Schedule:   

Junior (U/18 years old) practice on Mondays & Wednesdays from 17:30 - 18:40

Senior (over 18 years old) practice on Mondays & Wednesdays from 19:00 - 20:15

Black Belt (advanced) Tuesdays & Thursdays 18:00 - 20:00

Demonstration team Fridays 18:00 - 20:00

Note: Both junior and senior classes accommodate beginners so you may attend either of the classes.
 
Venue:
Hall 3, in Sports Centre at Hillcrest Sport Campus
