According to the magazine Audiology Today, Dr. Swanepoel spoke about "Infant Hearing Loss: The Silent Epidemic of Developing Countries, which greatly moved those who were fortunate enough to be present for the lecture". A summary of the presentation has been published in the May/June issue of Audiology Today.
