On 12 February 2016 Dean André Boraine was elected as a member of the International Insolvency Institute (III).
The III is a non-profit, limited membership organisation. Membership is by invitation only and consists of the most senior, experienced and respected practitioners, academics, judges and financial industry professionals globally. The III is dedicated to improving international cooperation in insolvency and focused on promoting greater international cooperation and coordination through improvements in the law and regulation. Members also have special consultative status to United Nations Agencies.
