Welcome to the University of Pretoria's Department of Procedural Law in the Faculty of Law.

The department teaches:

• Law of Evidence
• Alternative Dispute Resolution
• Conveyancing and Notarial Practice
• Sports Law
• International Insolvency Law, and
• Legal Practice.

This department also takes academic responsibility for the practical training that takes place in the UP Law Clinic.
