The Department of Internal Audit and Compliance Services provides specific services to support the University Council and University Management in executing its corporate governance responsibilities namely Internal Auditing and Compliance Services. The Department of Internal Audit and Compliance Services is also responsible for directing the business continuity process at the University. These responsibilities emanate from the Higher Education Act and the King Report as well as from the University’s firm commitment to good corporate governance.
