Help Desk

Our Help Desk renders a walk-in service to Information Technology Students for the following:

Software installations and support to some such as SPSS, SAS, Configurations as well as Wi-Fi Setup, etc.

We offer Password Resets services for the student portal.

We assist with Login problems for all students should they experience such.

We have a dedicated staff who assist with any IT-related problems during the class, examinations, and tests.

Our computers are furnished with Linux operating system for the computer science students.

The feature for attraction at Informatorium is the social learning space with a cosmopolitan coffee shop topped with WIFI.

Tuks Print

The most important feature about printing at Tuks is that you can print from any computer and collect your print out at any IT facility on any campus. We are equipped with high-quality black and white printers.
