We are inviting teams from all over Northern Gauteng, and teams from any age were welcome.

The Summer League will be divided into three categories Mixed Senior Team and a High School Section. The rules changes from the conventional Full field Hockey rules, as in summer league, for instance, you may not hit the ball or lift your stick to take a shot , they ball could only be pushed ,the stick may not be further than 30cm from the ball at all times. There are no short corners or long corners.

There is only one umpire for each game. The change in rules also allowed for a more dynamic quick flowing type of game which is exciting even for the Elite players.
