Password Reset

Reset and change expired, blocked, or forgotten portal passwords. Sync password for Students/Personnel who cannot access Blackboard or UP Portal.

Account support

Assistance in regaining UP Portal and ClickUP access.

Software Support

Assistance in logging a call for SPSS, EndNote, and SAS installation and guidance during installation.

Office 365

Assist with the installation and activation of Office 365. Help with access to the installation of Office 365 or assistance in getting your device ready for the installation, by removing old versions of Office. 

Tuks Print Support and Account Setup

Assist with scanning/printing/copying in black and white only. Using the TuksPrint system, with the printers located in the Student Computing Lab environment. Assistance to generate the pin required to access your account on the printers in the Student Computing environments.

General Support for Lab Use

General lab use for assignments, work. Need a computer with specific software or just an environment that is catered for academic use, come to use our labs.

Device Support – WiFi and LAN Connection

Help with WiFi setup on Laptops, Tablets, and Cell phones through configuring the required settings to be able to connect to the WIFI, on campus. We also assist with Ethernet (LAN cable) settings. This will enable students to connect to the physical wired network on campus. Mostly for Residence Students. 

Booking of Computer Labs 

Book lecture rooms in Student Computing Lab facilities for practical classes, courses, tests, and exams.
