Dr Rodwell Gundo Email address: [email protected] Dr. Rodwell Gundo is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow under the supervision of Professor Fhumulani Mavis Mulaudzi in the Department of Nursing Science (Ubuntu CommunityModel in Nursing Project) at the University of Pretoria (UP). He holds Bachelor of Science in Nursing and University Certificate in Midwifery from University of Malawi (Malawi),Master of Science in Nursing (critical care) from University of the Witwatersrand (SouthAfrica), and PhD in Nursing from Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand).Originally from Malawi, Dr Gundo is a senior lecturer at Kamuzu University of HealthSciences (KUHeS). He also worked for Malawi’s Ministry of Health as a Nursing Officer and Senior Nursing Officer. He has extensive experience in research, development andimplementation of training programs for health professionals. He also contributed to the development of various curriculum documents at KUHeS. As a Postdoc, he is actively involved in the Ubuntu research project and also supervises UP postgraduate students. |

Sinethemba Nyandeni Email address: [email protected] Sinenthema Nyandeni matriculated in 2012 at Camden Combined School. she Graduated in 2019 in record time with distinction for BCur in Nursing Science degree. she was awarded the golden key award during her 4 years undergraduate. she was funded by NSFAS and Michael and Susan Dell Foundation. she Completed her Master’s degree with the dissertation titled: LIVED EXPERIENCES OF NURSES WORKING IN THE CLINICAL SETTING DURING, COVID-19 PANDEMIC, IN EKURHULENI, GAUTENG. She has Currently submitted her article which is under review for publication with a journal. She is working in Neonatal ICU in Pholosong Regional Hospital and a PhD candidate, busy with data collection. |

Patience Mashudu Tulelo Email address: [email protected] Patience Mashudu Tulelo is a lecturer at the Gauteng College of Nursing, SG Lourens Campus. Prior to her appointment as a lecturer, she practised as an advanced midwife and a reproductive health nurse at Steve Biko Academic Hospital. She received a BCur in nursing education and advanced midwifery from the University of Johannesburg and a Master’s degree in nursing education from the University of Pretoria. Mrs Tulelo is currently a novice researcher and a PhD candidate at the University of Pretoria. Her research interests are in Indigenous Knowledge and Maternal and Child Health. She has published one article and one chapter in a book in an accredited journal. |
