Energy Economics Research Unit (EERU)

The Energy Economics Research Unit (EERU) aims to provide evidence-based, impactful, data-driven research on energy and environmental economics issues for South Africa, the African continent and the world. EERU is hosted by the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences (EMS) at the University of Pretoria. It comprises a group of enthusiastic, internationally recognised, expert researchers in energy economics and policy research.
