A support grant has been obtained from the European Union for a collaborative, inter-institutional project to strengthen Foundation Phase teacher Education. The 3- year project seeks to support, relevant research in Foundation Phase education that must be used to inform the development of Foundation Phase teacher education materials to strengthen existing Foundation Phase initial teacher education.
