Effective literacy programme: teaching and writing in the foundation phase with a 'self- reflective lens'

This nomination highlights the innovative practises that were used in the facilitation of literacy in the foundation phase module JLG 310 (Learning Area Language and Literacy). This module was aimed at teaching students to be critical and about the facilitation of reading and writing processes in the foundation phase and was offered in both English and Afrikaans.
