Mr Wanga Mbasa is a Mechanical Engineer, he holds a B.Engineering degree, University of Pretoria (2017). He is currently a Master’s degree candidate in Data Centre Engineering at Haute Ecole Louvain en Hainaut, Belgium. Known for his  strong passion for Industrialisation, Mr Mbasa has over a decade of international experience in Plant Engineering, Project Management, and Business Development. He is dedicated to enhancing healthcare services and patient outcomes through consulting and solution-focused approaches. He also obtained Advanced Diplomas in Engineering in 2020 from the Engineering Institute of Technology, Australia. During his student years at UP he served as executive of Kollegetehuis and EBIT Faculty House. Mr Mbasa also helped to introduce Gmail@TUKS as Google Student Ambassador and received Honorary Colours for Leadership in 2013. He was awarded the 2022 Startup Global Co-Director of The Year in Silicon Valley for his work as Startup Grind Kimberley Chapter Director. Currently, he serves as Director and CEO of IndiWorks Engineering Service Delivery and is a board member of the Northern Cape Solar and Renewable Energy Incubator.
