VOTING FOR THE CANDIDATES

 

After closure of the nominations and the completion of the processes set out in the Institutional Rules, the following persons were short-listed as candidates in the four positions by the Short-listing Committee (the names appear in alphabetical order):

Convocation members who are unable to vote via the on-line voting system, may download the ballot paper/s and print, complete and return it as indicated on the form.

Position 1: Qualified Auditor

Position 2: Finance and Investment

Position 3: Contributor to general well-being of UP

Position 4: Expert in IT and related fields

 

(Please note: The term of the elected/appointed member in position 4 will commence on 11 September 2017 upon the expiry of the term of the current incumbent and have a duration of proximately 3 years and 9 months. This will ensure that the terms of the four positions expire simultaneously in 2021.)

 

Important:

  • Voting closes at 16:00 on Tuesday, 20 June 2017.

  • You have only one vote per position, whether you cast your vote electronically or by ballot paper.

  • No proxy votes are allowed.
