The Centre for the Future of Work (CFoW) is conducting research across several disciplines to develop future work readiness, worker well-being and decent work opportunities. This is being performed within several narratives, as technology-driven change and societal differences play active roles in creating viable opportunities.

To achieve this, research focuses on ways to harness and support human potential in an ever-digitised world. Consequently, the CFoW investigates pressing challenges and subsequent opportunities such as leadership development, graduate employability, entrepreneurship, technology adoption, digital literacy, green talent and several other facets to create more equitable and sustainable labour opportunities. The outcomes of which can aid in policy development and strategic actions that can facilitate the reskilling as well as upskilling of individuals at scale, safeguarding displaced workers from destitution, and designing tailored roadmaps to guide workers towards future employment opportunities and decent work.
