World class Tuks athletes make Hennie smile

To add to this three of the senior SA records set this year, were done so by Tuks athletes.

Caster’s winning time on Friday, 31 July at the Africa Junior Championships in Mauritius bettered the 18 year old SA senior record of Zelda Pretorius.

Earlier in the season race walker Marc Mundell (50 km; 4:04.42) and long jumper Khotso Makoena (8.50) also bettered SA senior records.
