When & Where do I train?

Track & Field:

Training times are scheduled according to the availability of coaches and the demand of athletes.

TuksAthletics makes use of the Bestmed TuksAthletics Stadium (Mondo track), as well as the Grass Track, both situated on the UP Sports Campus.

Athletes are encouraged to contact the TuksAthletics Office to arrange training times at the Bestmed TuksAthletics Stadium.

Road Running:

A time trial (4km & 8km) takes place weekly on Tuesdays from 17:30.

The trial run starts at the hpc in Burnett Street, Hatfield.

Please contact Jet Moses to confirm your first attendance at the time trial.
