Luvo Manyonga proved Friday night by winning the gold medal in the long jump at the IAAF World Championships in London that nothing, but absolutely nothing is impossible in the sport if you are prepared to put your mind to a specific goal and seriously work towards it.

Tshenolo Lemao won South Africa’s first gold medal at the IAAF World Youth Championships (under-20) in Nairobi tonight winning the 100m in 10.57s.
