A group of the department’s students engaged in the EBIT faculty’s joint community project (JCP). Their project involved the design and manufacture of planter boxes, tyre gardens, paved areas and chalkboards for the Tswelopele Crèche in Mamelodi, Pretoria.
The students involved include Hano Venter, Mia Pulles, Cameron Forder, Grethe Maritz, Abby Perumal, Adrian Buffa, Anna Short, Laura Thomashoff, Ben Jooste and Rudolph Strydom.
