Grade 9 is a pivotal point in someone's student journey because this is the year when high-school learners select the elective subjects that they will take from grade 10 until matriculation.
On 22 July, UP hosted the Grade 9 Information Session and the Department of Animal Science had the oppurtunity to interact with learners and their friends, siblings and parents/guardians to answer questions they have: What elective subjects should I take to qualify for Animal Science? What are my potential career oppurtunities after graduating? How long is the Animal Science degree?
