The following screenshots were made with an Android mobile device. The screen for your own device may therefore vary in appearance. However, the process should be similar for other device types:
1. Enable your WiFi connection on your device (if appropriate) and scan for available WiFi networks. Select the TUKS secure WiFi connection:
2. Enter your UP Portal username and password:
3. Your mobile device will now connect to the UP wireless network, with the following screen:
4. You are now ready to connect to the UP Intranet services.
Please note: WiFi password problems:
Should you experience any problems with your password during the authentication process (Step 2 above), you are advised to logon to the UP portal and reset your portal password. This will synchronise your password across the various directories, including the mobile access directory store – enabling wireless access against your UP Portal username.
