Underwater hockey is a non-contact water sport where two teams of six players (with four substitutes) compete in a 25 x 15 x 2m pool, manoeuvring a puck across the pool bottom into goals.
Get fit, meet new friends (or bring your own), and learn this exciting sport! You only need a diving mask, snorkel, fins, and a costume. We will provide a glove and stick for your first few games. It's unlike anything you've experienced before, and it's something you need to try!
