Keletso Senosi took Gold in the 4km Girls U14 in 13:45 at the Cross Country Champs, held in Middelburg on 12 September

Boys 16/ 4km – Silver Leepile Taunyane

Girls 14/ 4km – Silver Keletso Senonsi
Boys 15/ 4km Bronze Lewis Ngwenya
