2020 is one step closer for squash. Having missed out on the 2012 and 2016 Olympics, squash has been working hard to get included into the line up.
A number of changes have been made to the game itself - the scoring became universal, all glass courts were improved, bigger sponsors were sought and more TV time was secured ...
The decision to shortlist squash with baseball and wrestling is round 1 and a final decision will be made by the IOC in September 2013. Inclusion into the Olympics will give squash the status it deserves so let's all hold thumbs, start working skill and hope for squash to be the winner!
