Tournaments this year were played in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elisabeth, with the finals due to be played in Durban.

Tuks had a large contingent of players in the Johannesburg tournament with Julie Lee getting to the final of the ladies tournament, and Jacques Kruger and Jason Kershaw placing fourth and fifth in the Mens’ tournament. Jason also travelled to the Cape Town leg where he placed sixth. There will also be a number of players travelling to Durban for the final leg of the series.

The Jesters are to be congratulated on this very worthwhile initiative which provides the opportunity for younger players around the country to compete against each other more regularly. It is hoped that our Tuks players will continue to take advantage of this opportunity.
