Systems and Operations is a division that drives the flow of research activities to connect with the university mission within the Department of Research and Innovation (DRI) . This is done through the coordination of the processes that promote quality control for the annual research outputs submission (i.e. books, journal articles, chapters in books and conference proceedings) to the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and supplying of institutional information to various stakeholders.
