Y stick 2 rules

We will always keep the gym, as loose, hip and enjoyable as possible, and from the number of new sign-ups and contract renewals we have received - it seems that we are succeeding in this area. But we have rules too - We have gym gear rules- equipment use rules; certain areas in the gym have different rules too. Then my personal favorite, we have rules regarding access control of TSG, in short ALL our members need to have there gym/student cards each time they want to enter/exit the facility.

 

Our country as a whole has many laws/rules which are broken by everyone, daily. We are all guilty of at least breaking one law/rule per week minimum. Maybe that carelessness spills over into everything else we do. I am not saying do not, make a U-turn when you lost at the robot with the no U-turn sign on it, I am not saying do not get to work late and say nothing if the boss does not know, I am not saying do not come to gym if you do not have your card, or rushed from class to get to gym without your correct gym gear. We want you to enjoy your time-experience in our facility, we overlook a lot, and let even more slide way more then just a few times.

 

TSG is more then just a place where people exercise & get fit, some people come to release stress, others use the gym to look better, TSG is a socially positive place to be in for some, some members know there are mental benefits to being physically active, then you get your fitness/muscle enthusiast and athletes/sportsman. We want to and strive to accommodate everyone in the safest, meaningful and best way we here at TSG know how, so please be respectful enough to follow the few rules we have, and ask of you, it makes everything we strive to provide better. It also ensures the running of the gym goes smoother and helps us get to you and do things for you faster. So please next time you on your way to train, remember to ask yourself these questions:

 

-    Do you have your gym/student card?

-     Do you have your gym towel & water bottle?

-    Do you have the correct gym gear on (tekkies, shorts/tracksuit)
