Currently, the number of female participants has increased, but we wish to increase the male to female ratio to 1:1.
There are still those unexplainable myths, where specific exercises/ or exercise machinery seems to have some genders believing it is an exercise or machine that only the opposite sex should or would use, for example:
· the free weight areaà guy/male section & cross trainer à female
· smith squat machine à male & Abductor/Adductor machines à female
TSG is hoping to erase all these myths, and de-gender the exercises/ or exercise machinery, to make any and everyone comfortable when entering TSG, creating the best health & fitness environment to be apart of. To remember we all have the same physiology (well essentially), therefore all machines or exercises should and will have the same benefits for all.
Ladies now this one is for you, coming soon we will have an awesome special running. All aimed at our female clients (current & future). Reasons why you should sign up and join TSG on our new Spring Package:
