Ok sticking to those New Year resolutions you made was harder then expected, we might not all follow the same type of tradition but all make/set or intend on reaching some goal. In some cases it might not even be seen as a goal; some may see it as doing something new or reaching for a better place/point.
The main or common denominator across all that, as I see it, is improvement. No matter what or where the form of goal is used or will be used, it all boils down to improvement of some sort.
The year is almost @ its end- you can still make amend:
· Have you set any type of goal for the year that’s almost over? · Have you implemented any changes according to what you want to achieve? · Have you reached your goal?Personally I think it’s an awesome idea, people might not look at it this way but it is one of the simplest ways of planning ones year. 1-Set the long term plan, 2-create ways of reaching it, 3-do it. As a student time-management is extremely important, think of this! Each study guide you get has your test dates before any detail about that subject, it’s a sign –don’t you think? Studying, working, playing all take some form of planning.
Most give up or do not attempt this, because they do not want a reminder of failure or are too lazy to care. We spend too much time doing nothing but at the same time complain of not having enough time for what we want to do.
· Have you set your goals for 2008?
· Have you planned on how to achieve ‘em?
· Have you put in the required effort to reach them
