For the majority it’s a time to take it easy, meaning a sedentary lifestyle is adopted. In addition to that exercise is also ceased. As usual a sedentary lifestyle (It means you are a couch potato) comes with an ‘I do not watch what I eat diet’. So let’s analyse this: sedentary lifestyle plus no restrictions in calorie intake, no specificity on food types consumed, with a couple alcoholic beverages consumed and a lot of braaing. Let’s admit it the above mentioned activities add to added unnecessary “furniture to your house”. Hope you are familiar with the phrase, every action has a reaction.
There are a couple of renovating less than perfect strategies available. One, you can take a dose of stamita available at your closest (muti shop). The problem with that this strategy turns to scrub your stomach wall like it had asbestos. Meaning you might chuck out some essential interior designed accessories. Two, laxatives are what the average Joe utilises. Because of the intestinal instability average Joe might have to stay indoors for longer than he has planned. In addition, some essential enzymes will be lost. Three, take some diet pills move the furniture out this summer and bring it back to your house next summer (yo-yo). Four, you can jog with a bodysuit and convince yourself that your shedding fat but what you are really doing is dehydration. In addition dizziness, electrolytes imbalance and nausea are in the pipeline.
Most people rather keep the furniture inside right? WRONG!
