The exercise regiment of a bodybuilder is defined by strenuous training which includes strength conditioning and a carefully chosen diet. Bodybuilding requires both mental and physical dedication in order to fulfill personal and professional successes.
How many bodybuilders did it take to lift the TSG mast higher? Six! That is the number of TSG members who did us proud by participating in various IFBB competitions throughout the country during this past year. All of our TSG bodybuilders were to help raise the bar on bodybuilding in general by sharing various top 5 positions.
