Lucinda Kok is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Private Law. She obtained a BA Law degree in 2017 and an LLB degree in 2019 from the University of Pretoria. She is currently enrolled for an LLM at the aforementioned University, which she aims to complete in 2021.

Academic & professional experience

Lucinda Kok joined the Department of Private Law as Academic Associate in 2020, where she was appointed as Assistant Lecturer in the same department in 2021.

She is also a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Private Law.

Teaching activities

Lucinda Kok teaches Law of Contract (KTR 211) and Law of Delict (DLR 320) to undergraduate students.

Areas of specialisation

Lucinda Kok’s main areas of interest are within the fields of Contract Law and Intellectual Property Law.
