The Faculty of Theology and Religion at the University of Pretoria would like to extend its congratulations to Dr Lerato Mokoena, who has been included in the Education category of the Mail & Guardian's 200 Young South Africans list.
Dr Mokoena completed her PhD in Old Testament Studies and now teaches Hebrew in the Faculty of Theology at Northwest University. In an interview with the Mail & Guardian, she remarked that being able to teach Hebrew elicits a sense of pride: "I am always in awe at how I was able to grasp the language and that I am now able to teach it."
