Prof Monray Marsellus Botha, Head of the Department of Mercantile Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Pretoria, was a guest speaker at a recent University of Western Cape Law Faculty Workshop on Transformation and Decolonisation. His presentation on 'Transformation of the curriculum in a Mercantile Law context: The yellow brick road to transforming legal education' focused on the approaches used in the University of Pretoria’s Mercantile Law department in relation to the various subjects taught in the department.
