The conference will be a combination of international and national keynote speakers and will include specialised plenary sessions and papers during breakaway sessions. The Conference is relevant to international and national academics as well as members of the legal profession.

The issues to be addressed include:

·         International and National Consumer Credit Law;

·         National Credit Act 34/2005, key amendments, latest developments and case law;

·         International and National Consumer Protection Law;  and

·         Consumer Protection Act 68/2008, latest developments and case law.
