Mrs Zwivhuya Mashele is a Law Lecturer in the Department of Mercantile Law. Zwivhuya holds the degrees Bachelor of Laws and LLM, all from the University of Venda. She also holds a Certificate in Labour Law in South Africa: Practice and Procedure from the University of Cape Town as well as a Certificate in Legal Writing Development from the University of Stellenbosch.
Academic and professional experience
Prior to her appointment as a Lecturer in the Department of Mercantile Law, Mrs Mashele completed her articles of clerkship with Negota K Attorneys INC in Thohoyandau. Thereafter she worked as a law lecturer at Eduvos College Bedfordview Campus where she lectured modules such as individual labour law and collective labour law.
Mrs Mashele is also admitted to practice as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
