Mr Samson Makhubu is a Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of Mercantile Law. He holds the degrees LLB and LLM (IUnisa). 

Academic and professional experience

Mr Makhubu has significant experience working as a lecturer in higher education. Before joining the Department of Mercantile Law, his previous work experience includes spending 10 years as a lecturer at Unisa where he taught, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in corporate law and general commercial law. 

Teaching activities

Currently, Mr Makhubu teaches Business Law, Corporate and Commercial Law.
