Life Cycle Engineering

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is a tool to analyze and evaluate systems for decision support; usually applied in the design phase of new systems but also where modifications to an existing system are considered. The application of LCE involves the combination of the three tools Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and technical evaluations.
