We offer scheduled appointments with students who need to bring their laptops to our service centre for assessment and technical support. A team of experienced technicians is available to assist students with any hardware or software-related problem they may experience.
Our helpdesk service also offers first-line support to answer system or software-related questions, and we have developed a number of helpful guides to assist students with managing their personal computing devices and digital presence.
We are the primary support centre for students who receive laptops from the various scholarship programmes involved at the University, and are directly involved in supporting the UP Laptop loan project, and the NSFAS laptop project aimed at students.
