VENUE: Hall 2B, Rembrandt Hall, Hillcrest Sports Campus

 

SENIORS SCHEDULE

Mondays & Wednesdays: 16.00-18.00
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 18.00-20.00
Fridays: 16.00-17.30
Saturdays: 10.00-12.00
 
Training can be either gym training or technique training, depending on the programme.
 
GYM TRAINING: MORNING SESSIONS
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 09.00-12.00
 
 
STUDENTS, JUNIORS & BEGINNERS (SOCIAL)
6 years - Seniors Monday & Wednesday 18h00-19h30
