Lindsay Hanekom, met the qualifying standard for the Rio Olympics with a 49.03 performance in the heats at the ASA Open Champs in Bloemfontein on Friday and bagged the Men's 400m Hurdles title in 50.50 on Saturday 7 May.
Orazio Cremona earned the Men's Shot Put title with a best heave of 19.38m while Chad Herman won the Javelin Throw with a distance of 74.29.
