Athletes, guests, and the general public can come and have an entire meal experience at the Time Out Café. The menu is determined in conjunction with a nutritionist for the benefit of the active clientele.

Our restaurant service is open seven days a week, from 06:30 to 22:00, and offers an exciting experience in a unique sporting environment. Guests are also spoilt with a spectacular view that overlooks five rugby fields.

The indoor area seats 150 people, while an outdoor patio with a mesmerising view of the sports grounds and swimming pool can seat a further 50–80 people. We also offer 24-hour televised sports coverage, corporate functions, and media launches.
