Irvette van Zyl won the George Claassen Race in an excellent time of 33:30 on Saturday while Charne Bosman finished in 3rd place with 37:15.
Irvette will compete in the London Marathon in April in an attempt to qualify for the Olympic Games to be held in in Rio, Brazil later this year.
