Congratulations to Karin Prinsloo, Caydon Muller hpc sponsored swimmers and Tatjana Schoenmaker, TuksSport High School learner with their contributions towards the medal tally for Team SA.

Day 3:

In the 400m freestyle, Karin Prinsloo finished first in 4:18.86 and continues to win silver in 100m backstroke with a time of 1:02.53.  Prinsloo and her team mates also claimed gold in a new Championship Record time of 3:49.04 in the 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay event.Caydon Muller claimed bronze in the men’s 100m freestyle in 50.28.
Tatjana Schoenmaker claimed gold in the 50m breastroke in a time of 32.49.

Day 4:

In the 100 metres breaststroke, it was Tatjana Schoenmaker who came out tops in 1:09.47 while
Caydon Muller and his team mates finished first In the men’s 4 x 100m freestyle relay with a time of 3:19.69
