Wenda and LJ podiumed in Europe at the 22nd Josef Odlozil Memorial Meet

Wenda Nel won the women’s 400mH in 55.20 while LJ van Zyl finished in 2nd place in the men’s 400mH in 49.50.

Orazio Cremona finished 8th in the men’s Shot Put event with a distance of 18.94.
