Watch this space as they say because Orazio Cremona is going to surprise quite a few people with his performances in the shot put this year.
On Monday 2 February at a AGN/ Tuks one hour challenge at the University of Pretoria he won with a distance of 19.94m.
Die-hard athletics fundi’s might not get to excited about such a distance, but they might if they knew that Cremona trained the morning of the competition for two hours and again for two hours in the afternoon before he competed.
