Refreshed library website goes live on 20 December 2021

The Department of Library Services (DLS) is excited to announce the long-awaited renewal of its website. 

The new library website will be a completely refreshed site that aligns with the University of Pretoria corporate branding and overall look and feel. This new site will have an array of new and exciting features that integrate seamlessly into our library management system for better and faster service delivery. Design features have been carefully aligned with User Experience (UX) best practices to ensure a rich and responsive environment, compatible with multiple devices, catering to all our user needs.

To accommodate our multi-user base with as little disruption as possible, a go-live date has been scheduled for Monday the 20th of December 2021. During this transition, users might experience some disruption as new configurations take place. We kindly request your support and understanding during this phase. As a precautionary measure, the DLS will arrange for the temporary availability of the current site. An official launch date will be announced in due course.

The DLS looks forward to the go-live of this new feature-rich site.
